Diesel Power Systems (DPS) are specialists in the repair of diesel fuel injection systems and turbochargers. DPS, owned & operated by Bruno & Tracy Imbs, was established in Maroochydore in 1986. In 2006, the shop was relocated to its own new, modern premises at 1/35 Premier Circuit in Warana. Bruno & Tracy’s son, Brendan joined the family business as an apprentice in the same year and in 2007 they welcomed Glenn Ardern as their new workshop manager and technician.

 In 2005 DPS was appointed as Bosch and Zexel service agents and in 2007 appointed as Denso service agents. Being service agents for these major diesel injection manufacturers is an important partnership for Diesel Power Systems. Training and information is provided to ensure that DPS stays abreast of the advances in the world of the new high-tech diesel .

As well as providing diagnostics and repairs to mechanical, electronic and common-rail diesel pumps and injectors fitted to all types of diesel engines, Diesel Power Systems also balance and recondition turbochargers and supply Denco turbo kits and turbo performance upgrade kits. Injection pump and injector upgrades for competition vehicles are other services DPS can provide.

 Electronic diesel performance modules are also supplied, fitted and tuned by DPS. DPS are agents for the high quality Steinbauer Power Modules. These units are made in Europe and are developed for Australian conditions and vehicles, here in Australia
